Jadis has the bomb salad!

I went here with Cristina and I'm so happy I have been formally introduced to Jadis. I'm not big on the Lower East Side, but I will make the trip just to go get the Anna Salad. Baby spinach with pears, beets, and goat cheese all wrapped up in a vinaigrette. Delicious and definitely worth another visit really soon.
