I have to admit I was resisting the trendiness taking over the lower east side, but I just can't anymore. I wish I lived around there. There is so much going on and it's all happening so fast. Great bars, restaurants, and shops popping up all the time. This hot new spot called Bacaro is an old school Italian joint with a trendy new twist. The people inside are friendly and warm and they keep the drinks coming. It's on Canal and Division street, but Division can be tricky to find, so make sure you go on their site and look up the directions.
