I'm ready for Glee!

I don't watch much TV anymore. That box brings nothing to my life, BUT I have been seeing some promo's for Glee and I might have to turn it on. This is an exclusive clip from Hulu. The show starts this Fall on Fox.

Tabard Inn delivers on brunch

I know, I know! A lot of DC posts lately. This time its about a cute little brunch I had at The Tabard Inn near Dupont Circle. The place is really charming and is known as the oldest continuously operating hotel in Washington D.C. Try the seafood gumbo if you like spicy flavors or try the fried oysters with pork belly if you are an indulgent fatso like me.

YOU MUST HAVE THE DONUTS WITH FRESH CREME or the whole trip will be in vain.

Amazing views at W hotel in DC

The new W hotel in DC is so cute that they will try and give you a hard time at the door. Just pretend you are important and tell them you are there for a "special occasion" and wait in line. It's worth it. You can see the all the capitals monuments while you sip on a drink. Just make sure you don't have too many like me, because the special occasion will turn into puking in the really nice bathroom. ugh.

Harry Potter madness is upon us!!!

Tonight at 12:16AM I will be watching Harry Potter and the half blood prince. I have been waiting for this movie way too long because WB decided to postpone the release date thinking the movie would make more money in the Summer. Not only am I salivating, but the trailer looks like it has some crazy eye candy. I am such a sucker for special effects. I will update this post with my review of the movie tomorrow (and if I see any crazy people wearing wizard stuff at the theater I will take pics and post them for you guys too)...

The movie was great (as expected), but the fans where what was making me laugh like crazy. People were so excited that they where clapping when they put the movie trivia on the screen. The freaking movie trivia! Insane.

The Ramen girl is gold

This movie is pure gold. Honestly, its so ridiculous that its classic. Take a trip to the clouds and watch this!

Tokyo’s Lifesize Gundam Robot

What you are seeing is real. Just another reason for me to go to Japan. This robot is 59 feet tall and lights up at night. AMAZING!!! On exhibit for 2 months before it heads over to other cities.

Italian swim team hotness

Dolce & Gabbana have enlisted the help of the Italian national swim team for their new ad. HOTNESS! I'm a briefs boy, so i need to get my hands on some of these and put 'em on my boyfriend. Their names are Emiliano Brembilla, Paolo Bossini, Alessandro Terrin, Mirko Di Tora, and Nicola Cassio.

Alex Ross does Uncanny X-men 500

The art here blows me away. Alex Ross should do more X-men covers like this. The colors, and even the characters he chose for this cover are amazing. I cant wait to get my hands on this.

Bruno is the latest creation from Sasha Cohen. You have to give this guy credit, because the marketing he does in character is great. Having that said, I did not watch Borat and I do not plan on watching this mess. It's not my type of humor.

Shakira is a beast about it

Here we go again. Shakira trying to become a household name for the English market. I really like her, but to be honest I think she sold out big time. If you know Shakira from her past life you would know that she was more Alanis Morissette than anything else, now she's trying to be a bilingual Beyonce and I'm not sure I am feeling it. Maybe she will have a fly video and change my mind. By the way, in this song she is promoting, "She Wolf", she actually howls like a wolf.

I laughed for about 3 minutes with that one. I do like the disco sounds, but still.

You should go listen to : "Estoy Aqui", "Ojos Asi", and "Que me quedes tu", if you want some good stuff...
