The Swan Kick
I have been looking for more yellow clothing ( I know, I sound crazy sometimes) and this seems to be a great canary yellow. The graphic is extremely cute and you can find it on Threadless.com.

iPhone MMS is here!
No more Lily Allen music for you.
It's official. Lily Allen says she will not be making any more music or touring because she basically makes no money from it due to music piracy.
“Just so you know, I have not renegotiated my record contract and have no plans to make another record. I do however remain a fan of new music, so this is not some selfish crusade,” she wrote.

Emma Watson arrives
This is Emma Watson arriving at the Burberry show in London.I just really love this picture. The way she looks standing there with the Paparazzi frenzy and all the flash. The dress is also pretty sweet.

Knockoff chic
I posted about these glasses by Maison Martin Margiela a while ago and never ended up buying them because, well they cost more than half my rent. Lucky for me I found some lady in SoHo selling these knockoffs for only 20 bucks. Yay! AND I am totally going to rock these on Halloween when I will be a "person from the future going back in time to save the planet". LOL

Show your true colors.
Cyndi Lauper brought down the house with her appearance on VH1 Divas. This made me think of someone. I love you.
Arlenis does David Yurman
David Yurman has added Arlenis Sosa to their list of beautiful campaign models. This is her for their Fall 2009-2010 line. She looks AMAZING. No wonder I'm obsessed.

Arlenis for Lancome
I love this video of Arlenis. It shows such a cute and playful side, just like all the beautiful Dominican women out there.

I miss Jourdan
As many of you know, Supermodel Jordan Dunn is not walking in any of the shows this season because she is expecting a child. I miss her! Let's take this opportunity to take a look back at some of her best looks...

The Rachel Zoe project is BANANAS
First of all, I want everyone to know that I don't have a TV anymore. I gave it away because guess what, I had it sitting there and did not turn it on for about 4 months. I watch everything online now.
Last night I finally went on Bravo.com and started watching The Rachel Zoe project. I think last season was good, but this season seems to be more focused and with a lot more of our friend JOEY!
Stay tuned so you can get tips from the RZ crew on how to be more FABULOUS! The show airs Mondays at 10PM on Bravo.

The Sartorialist book signing party
Scott Schuman will be at Barney's tonight for a book signing party for his book The sartorialist. He has such a great eye and has been in the Fashion industry for some 15 years. He says, "I don't need to love the whole look: I just need to identify the one or two elements that mean something to me, and then capture it in the romantic way I see it". be there if you need your copy signed. Shout Out to Benjamin on Page 93!!!

kanye west is a piece of poo.
I am sure that by now you all know of how the piece of poo kanye west crapped all over Taylor Swift's moment last night at the MTV awards when he grabbed the mic out of her hand while she was doing her speech to say that beyonce's video should have won. The only reason I am posting anything about this is because I want everyone that tunes in here to know that here at the Fabulous Ru Blog we do not endorse people who are poo and we are on a 100% kanye ban. It is so NOT fabulous to be an asshole ALL THE TIME.
Kanye west, I am deleting all your music from my computer and life.

Who is Rihanna trying to be?
I'm not going to lie. I kind of like this outfit, BUT I am still trying to figure out what or who she is trying to be with these outfits. It's not clear to me at the moment. Also, she needs a new single or something because it's not cute to walk around all the time like it's Halloween with no new music to go with it.
Passport hard drive for your PC is heaven
OK, do you have your big and clunky external hard drive? Not only do you have to make room for it somewhere, but you have so many wires. The solution will come from WD. They are releasing this passport drive that is small, packs up to 1 Terra byte of memory, and does not need a power cord! It's like an ipod in the sense that when you plug in the USB cord it charges the device. AWESOME! I don't think $250 is bad, but there's also a smaller option of 750GB.

La Malagua honors the Mexican lottery
In Puerto Vallarta I saw an article about a past exhibit done by a group called La Malagua. they had the idea to re-imagine the Mexican lottery and came up with 54 different new cards to showcase. The article was about a year old, but I went to the arts center anyway (El Cuale Cultural Center) and was lucky enough to talk to Ireri Topete, who is one of the group members. She directed me to Hotel Belmar where I got my hands on a set for 300 pesos (less than 30 dollars). All I need now is a nice frame to place some of the cards in. They are a great piece of art because not only do you get something fresh looking, but also something that has a lot of culture and thought behind it.

The most beautiful book in the world
I took this book on my vacation to Puerto Vallarta and it was such a good treat. It showcases 8 short stories about different people trying to find happiness in one way or another. The tittle story was the best one. Do yourself a favor and go get this.
